My last post commended Peter Block for his firm stand about the need for the feminine in the workplace.  The world is expanding its view on women; how we think, how we work, who we are, and the great value we contribute to this earth.
However, there are still so many of us that aren’t clear about our role, how we make a difference, what we can do, and who is listening.  Women receive conflicting messages and ideas about our contribution.
Here’s the deal.  We don’t need permission from anyone to KNOW our role, the difference we make, and what we contribute.  It’s all there for you and me.  As a reminder, here it is: [Read More]

The inventor of the principle “Influence It!” may very well be the world’s first Influence Expert for women.

Karen Keller firmly believes that when it comes to real power for women, every woman owes it to herself to have exactly what she wants. “Second best” and “almost” are not options for this creative spark plug who loves showing clients the secrets of using their natural power of influence as a woman—not “acting more like a man”—to excel in personal and professional life.

For twenty-five years, CEOs worldwide have been looking over the shoulder of the high level performance coach because of her proven track record in helping organizations and employees at companies such as American Express, Pizza Hut, and Indiana University Purdue University improve productivity, peer communication and profits.

Karen came to be known as “The Influence Expert” after her uncanny insights to human behavior helped to affect state policy decision-making in the courtroom and seal multi-million dollar deals in the boardroom.

Says Keller in a recent interview, “Your comfort zone is a mirror image of your self-image. If your self-image has its roots in fear, then you live your life based on that fear. And you stay in your comfort zone, missing out on golden opportunities and true potential. Given the right tools, the keys and a road map- freedom from a comfort zone can be found!“

A recent live webinar launched by Karen Keller International on the topic of seeking permission created a flurry of responses which led Keller to publish a new CD, “Escape Your Comfort Zone.”

Escape from your comfort zone, identify what might be holding you back, simple strategies to breakthrough and long term resolution.
