What Do YOU Notice?

Today I had to get some routine blood tests done so I went early in the morning. When I arrived I was the only one in the room and the young lady behind the desk acknowledged that I was there. I said hi and she continued to look at her computer screen. She didn’t smile, took my orders, filled out the paperwork, didn’t make eye contact and asked me to have a seat. Then she walked around the window, opened the door and announced my name, “Karen Keller” to an empty room except for me. I walked in, sat down and looked at her shoes.
