A good person lost!

Today I read the news that Carnegie Mellon computer-science professor Randy Pausch died from pancreatic cancer.  You may know him as the The author of “The Last Lecture,” which became a YouTube sensation last year.  His lecutre is very inspiring and thoughtful.  His imagination and creativity will be missed.  When he got the news of this awful death sentence he decided to make his mark on any and all the people around him.  Little did he know the impact he would have on the world.  Check it out here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ji5_MqicxSo!

One of my favorite things to study is people who are “out of the box” thinkers.  I ran across this amazing web site that features those kinds of people.  The name of the site is www.ted.com and is full of videos worth watching.  If you get a few minutes, do yourself a favor and check out this site.  Enjoy!
