It’s a time of year for reflection. As a personal business coach, I’m lucky that my job IS business – helping people day in and day out make better decisions in their professional lives. And there is an unexpected upside to that – not only do they inevitably make better decision in their personal lives, but many of my clients find a harmonious balance between their personal and professional lives. This creates a beautiful life from any angle – and I get to be present for and a part of that transformation! Talk about a gift.

And there’s another plus to being a personal business coach: I’m reminded of how my work for others applies to my business and my life on a regular basis. There’s not a lot of time for the “do as I say and not as I do” routine in my house, I’m telling you! So today, I’m telling you about the best business investment you can make for the new year . . .
