Influence And Persuasion Expert, Karen Keller, Ph.D., Launches New Program “Designed For Influence – What The Happiest And Most Influential Women Do Differently” In January Of 2012.

Summary: Looking for a practical understanding of how to influence and persuade people? “Designed for Influence – What the Happiest and Most Influential Women Do Differently” starts in January 2012.

(Bronson, MI) November 21, 2011 – At a time of the year when most women are recovering from holiday overwhelm, many are looking not only for the blueprint that will show them where influence starts but more importantly, how to use it. Influence and persuasion expert, Karen Keller, Ph.D., is launching a new 3-part program for women, “Designed for Influence – What the Happiest and Most Influential Women Do Differently,” in January 2012.

Keller introduced this information during a keynote speech at PepsiCo’s Women’s Leadership Summit in Boston. Rose Putnam, PepsiCo, says, “Dr. Keller’s ideas about influence for women are the exact opposite of what men have been taught. Women in the business world are a force to be reckoned with. Her insights show that success in business is no longer about the battle of the sexes but more about the psychology of the sexes.”

“Designed For Influence was created with both women entrepreneurs and women leaders in mind. It’s about the power of the 3 Cs . . . Confidence, Commitment and Courage,” says Keller. This program will walk a woman through how to develop and harness what is necessary to become an influential woman – a woman who influences by her mere presence.

This 3-part mini-series is targeted to women who are looking to become more influential at work, at home, and in their social environment. Keller will blow away the “superficial understanding” about practicing influence and explore the difference between “doing” influence and “being” influential.

Each month, from January through March, Keller will take subscribers through each of these core principles during a 60-minute webinar call. She’ll also deliver action worksheets and an influence plan customized to, as Keller says, “help every woman increase her business bottom line and her life’s bottom line.”

Says Keller, “Understanding the power of these three attributes changed the way I thought about influence, and I know it will make a difference in the lives of women who want to live an influential life.”

She concludes, “Plain and simple: Women posses the innate skills that guarantee excellence in everything they do. Being influential is no different. But oftentimes we second guess ourselves in decisions, losing the leadership qualities that take our lives – personal or professional – to levels beyond our imagination.”
