I got exposed to discovering it through connecting with other women and learning from their wisdom which I'm very thankful for. However, I often find it very challenging to stay connected with that inner voice or listening to it sometimes, in the midst of all that surrounds me. I would really appreciate and welcome any wisdom that you (or anyone else) could share on how to evolve that connection and make it a constant in daily life.
