Forward bound fits me right now! I am setting up everything I need for my new site. Actually, my new brilliant assistant, Kelly, is doing it all! She is amazing! I am learning so much from her and she knows exactly what needs to get done. Everyone should have a person like her on their team. Speaking of teams, who is on your team? Do you have the necessary people to support, encourage and perform? What do you expect from your team? Are they aware of where you are heading? These are important questions to ask and even more importantly to answer.
